In an exciting client project, we completely upgraded a Mayer system that was over 20 years old, bringing it up to the latest technological standards! By integrating a new potting machine TM 2400DR and innovative palletizing robots TR 4103 and a TR 4420 robot, we were able to significantly streamline the client’s production processes. This upgrade not only increased efficiency but also drastically accelerated workflow speeds. One of the key outcomes of this project is the speed improvement in the potting process. This enhancement has enabled the client to free up time for other critical tasks that were previously delayed due to production bottlenecks. With the new system in place, not only has production throughput increased, but flexibility across the entire manufacturing process has also been improved. Thanks to these optimized processes, the client now enjoys greater planning security, as they can make more accurate predictions regarding production capacities and delivery timelines.
