Further business operations of the Mayer Group

After the tragic loss of Mr. Klaus Mayer, we would like to inform you transparently and in partnership about the further business operations of the Mayer Group.

The Mayer Group with its associated companies in Germany, Hungary and China remains fully owned by the Mayer family in the fifth generation. This means that the strategic orientation of the Mayer Group will be consistently continued and that there will be no influence by third parties in the future.

As the organizational and legal handover of management from Mr. Klaus Mayer to Mr. Manuel Linke has already taken place in all companies of the Mayer Group as of January 1, 2022, there are no restrictions whatsoever on the ability to do business. All business processes will continue seamlessly and reliably. At the same time, the managers and contact persons you are familiar with in the individual divisions will remain unchanged.

In the future, the Mayer family together with Mr. Josef Helmer (Certified Public Accountant/Tax consultant) and Mr. Patrick Wahren (Certified Public Accountant/Tax consultant) will form the Supervisory Board of the Mayer Group, which will act as a controlling body in the usual manner.
