With effect from 1 January 2025, Carmen Mayer-Lange will take over as Chair of Mayer Holding. This means that the management of the Mayer Group will once again be in the hands of the Mayer family.
After eight years of successful collaboration, Mr Manuel Linke (Chairman of the Management Board) has decided to change career direction and will be leaving our company at the end of the year. Mrs Mayer-Lange will take over the chairmanship of Mayer Holding and will manage the Mayer Group together with the established managing directors of the Mayer divisions:
– Mayer Planting Systems: Alexander Bergmann
– Mayer Steel & Apparatus Engineering: Martin Gentner
– Mayer Laser & Sheet Metal Technology: Zoltán Brückner
– Mayer Hard- & Software: Peter Báry
Mr Linke will remain available in his usual capacity as Chairman of the Management Board until 31 December 2024. Mr Linke will also keep in close contact with the Mayer Group as a friend and confidant of the Mayer family.

Mr Linke has led the Mayer Group through challenging global political and economic times in recent years and has made a significant contribution to the success and growth of the Mayer Group. We want to build on this healthy foundation and consistently continue our strategic initiatives”, says Carmen Mayer-Lange.
