No machine without assembly
In the penultimate step of our production process, what belongs together comes together. Our large components are assembled from a multitude of individual parts before they are subjected to a final quality inspection. Thanks to our almost barrier-free crane system, consisting of several overhead travelling cranes and large components weighing up to 50 tons, our large components can be safely transported from our production hall to our assembly hall. Additional slewing cranes serve within our assembly hall for a particularly flexible and cost-efficient flow of material as well as support for our employees.
Everything from one source
Through the continuous qualification and certification of our employees and our processes, we can maintain the highest quality standards. In addition, our efficient processes ensure a cost-effective and efficient flow of materials.
Due to our possibilities of internal measurement of the finished components, your project can be realized from one source at our location in Heidenheim, from production to assembly to testing and delivery.
