In addition, we also provide deburring, finish grinding, edge rounding and oxide layer removal from laser parts.

With the Timesavers 42 RB Series we are well positioned to efficiently support our customers in deburring, finish grinding, edge rounding and oxide layer removal of laser parts.

With our experienced staff and the Timesavers 42 RB Series multi-rotating brushing machine, we achieve top quality. Eight brushes are used to evenly deburr and perfectly round the edges of the laser part. This enables us to produce a rounding radius of up to 2 mm.

  • Suitable for deburring various materials such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum, etc. 
  • Suitable for deburring small (50 mm) and large workpieces (up to 1350 mm width).
  • Perfect edge rounding (radius up to 2 mm). 
  • Sanding belt unit for removing raised burrs or for a sanding finish. 
  • Processing of different materials with suitable wet suction. 
  • Processing of flat, shaped and 3D workpieces with embossing/shaping.

We blast in a generously proportioned facility with the latest techniques, which enable us to work efficiently. Our sandblasting plant has a wind sifting system and a scraper floor. This means for you: Unnecessary abrasion and costs caused by one-time use of blasting media are avoided and guarantee an optimal result. The scraper floor, in turn, enables the automatic return and recycling of the abrasive. 

Removal of oil, grease, scale (oxide layer), rust, metallic chips and existing coatings, improved adhesion due to roughness of the material. (Degree of purity) roughness grade Classification of surfaces according to classes.

Painting as permanent protection

In our modern paint booth we paint large steel parts up to a size of 17.5 x 5.5 x 4 meters. Here we can build up single or multi-layer paintwork exactly according to customer specifications. The even application of primers, lacquers (also special lacquers such as lacquers designed for offshore use) without uneconomical overcoating is the specialty of our painters, who are particularly experienced in the coating of large, but also complicated, angled steel parts. To ensure even drying, the paint booth can be heated for circulating air drying. Our painting plant complies with the latest environmental regulations so that the pollution of workers and the environment is reduced to an absolute minimum. A modern cross-flow heat exchanger guarantees an economical and environmentally friendly use.
