He started his way in the company already as an apprentice in 1977. After completing his military service, he worked as a machinist at Mayer Steel & Apparatus Engineering from 1981 onwards, with additional assignments in work preparation at Mayer Planting Systems. This was followed by a post in the work preparation and control department at Mayer Steel & Apparatus Engineering. Among other things, he took care of all measures for the preparation of the dispatch of Mayer products. This included tasks such as the preparation of parts lists, planning of requirements as well as scheduling and provision of material, machines and personnel. For a time, Mr. Czislinsky then worked as a purchasing employee for both Mayer Steel & Apparatus Engineering and Mayer Planting Systems. Here he then also took care of the purchasing and scheduling of Mayer horticultural machinery.
Since 2014, Mr. Czislinsky is now in the work preparation department at Mayer Steel & Apparatus Engineering. Here he is responsible for documentation, logistics and outsourcing. In 2022 he celebrated his 45th anniversary with Mayer.
Mr. Czislinsky, why did you choose Mayer?
“The decision in favor of Mayer was the size of the company. I didn’t want to join a company that was too big or too small.”
What are your tasks at Mayer?
“My tasks at Mayer Steel & Apparatus Engineering are commercial order processing, logistics, documentation and subcontracting wage processing.”
What do you particularly enjoy about your job?
“Working with my colleagues and the uncomplicated interaction with the individual departments.”
