Mayer’s Customer Center South

To ensure that your Mayer machines function reliably around the clock and are ready for use during your seasonal peaks, we are constantly developing our comprehensive and responsive service network.
At the same time, our regular maintenance work ensures that you will enjoy your Mayer machines for many years to come.  

Our team from the Mayer Customer Center South is on duty in the south of Germany as well as in Austria and Alsace. Mr. Siegmund Röger, who has been working for Mayer since 1978 and started with an apprenticeship as a machine fitter, has been supported by Mr. Stefan Offinger (mechanical engineer) since March 2021. Together with their colleagues at the headquarters in Heidenheim, they will take care of your service and maintenance requests by phone as well as in person.

In order to be ready for action even in emergencies, we not only have access to our extensive spare parts warehouse at the Heidenheim site. Our two new service vehicles are equipped with many common spare parts in order to be able to react flexibly to your service requests. What many people do not know: We are also happy to carry out repairs on various machines of other manufacturers. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
