We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a 7.4 ton head piece using CNC milling on our FS 18000 traveling column milling machine.
In modern manufacturing technology, milling plays a decisive role in the production of precise components. A current example of the use of 5-axis milling is the completion of the head piece made of fine-grained structural steel.
With a size of 3,000 mm length, 2,000 mm width and 3,000 mm height, it requires experienced and perfectly trained employees who produce the part with know-how and precision on our FS 18000 traveling column milling machine. By using the latest milling technology, we were able to complete the head piece on time and it will now be delivered to our customer.
