Equipped with 12 wirelessly controlled grippers, the Visser Multi Planter is extremely accurate and can plant up to 4 plants in a fixed position in one pot. The machine is designed to plant directly onto the carousel of a Mayer TM 2400DR to achieve the maximum capacity of 7,000 plants per hour.

The Visser Multi Planter is available with a range of 6 to 12 grippers that have an XY motion and can move independently. This provides ultimate flexibility in planting combinations and achieving high capacities. The machine can handle 4,000 pots per hour when transplanting 3 plants per pot.

The latest Visser gripper is improved in strength, precision and durability to guarantee perfect planting results. The wireless control means less maintenance is required and flexibility is increased.

The machine can be made with different types of infeed and outfeed options. Tray-to-tray planting is possible when the machine is equipped with two source chain conveyors. The side guide of the chain conveyor is now adjustable with only one twist handle, which improves flexibility and makes changing tray sizes extremely easy.

The Visser Multi Planter is designed for growers with a wide range of different plants and consequently different transplanting requirements. Almost any combination can be programmed, using a state-of-the-art Siemens touch screen and a controller that can store up to 100 planting combinations.
