After studying sociology in Vienna, Bálint Bazsó completed a second degree in psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology in Hungary. He then worked in Austria and also on Tenerife. He speaks fluent English and German and will support our Eastern European dealers and Austria after his induction.
Thanks to his proximity to the back office, production and construction, Bálint will be able to answer the questions of his dealers and direct customers even faster. In addition, great synergy effects from his practical experience, details from the market and a close exchange on development will sustainably improve our portfolio.
Bálint, why did you choose Mayer?
“As a sales representative, the most important thing for me has always been that I myself feel that the products I sell are good and of high quality. This aspect, combined with the fact that I can work internationally in my position, convinced me that the Mayer Group was the right place for me.”
What are your tasks at Mayer?
“In addition to direct sales in Austria, my tasks include looking after our Eastern European dealers (including Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Croatia). I have the advantage of often being on site at the Mayer plant in Kisfalud, Hungary, so I have the opportunity to coordinate customer inquiries with the back office and production processes in the best possible way.”
What do you particularly enjoy about your job?
“Supporting companies and people in their development. I really enjoy having a sense of achievement in terms of customer satisfaction. Such moments give me by far the most energy and joy in my job.”
