Mayer Property Management

The leasing of the 1200m² production hall to Voith Turbo Antriebstechnik in 1998 marked Mayer’s entry into the commercially operated rental sector. Through the commercial leasing of part of the existing buildings to another external tenant, the land and buildings owned by Klaus Mayer were incorporated into the company Mayer BV GmbH & Co. KG Grundstücksverwaltung (Property Management).

MANAGEMENT

Manuel Linke
Chairman of the
Management Board

After graduating with a degree in Business Information Systems (B.Sc.), Manuel Linke completed a part-time degree with a specialization in Business Psychology (M.Sc.). From 2012 to 2016, he worked as a project manager and management assistant at Paul Hartmann AG. Since 2017, Manuel Linke has been working for the Mayer Group and accompanied a variety of projects in the different divisions as project manager until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, he took over the divisions Mayer Planting Systems and Mayer Laser & Sheet Metal Technology as Managing Director.

Since January 2022, Mr. Linke has had overall responsibility for the Mayer Group as Chairman of the Management Board.
