One of the most famous and important horticultural areas in the world is located on the Lower Rhine in Germany. On an area of only a few square kilometers, one can now find a variety of modern large-scale businesses which have achieved a high degree of automation and produce almost on an industrial scale. Many of these companies have relied on automation solutions from Mayer for decades. We want to give thanks for this loyalty and move even closer to our customers and partners in the future.
On 01.09.2019, the new Mayer Customer Center West will open in Kevelaer, which will supply the western part of Germany with services and spare parts; with trained staff and new management. The focus will be on a fast response time and short distances in case of machine breakdowns or malfunctions, commissioning of new machines and regular maintenance. This scope of services applies to Mayer machines and machines from other manufacturers. In order to make this possible, not only will a wide service team be established in Kevelaer, but in addition a large stock of spare parts for all relevant machines will be stored. Also, at the new service station several new and used machines will be in stock, so that nothing stands in the way of optimal supply.
Like in our other customer centers in the north, east and south, you will also be supplied exclusively with original parts at Mayer Customer Center West. Thus, you can be sure that you always receive custom-fitting spare parts, which guarantee optimum function of the machines.
