How do I set the single-row pot dispenser M000 ?

Our reliable single-row pot dispenser M000 is not only quick and easy to set, another advantage of this dispenser is its exclusively mechanical design. This means that no compressed air is required on the machines and the wear and maintenance caused by a pneumatic cylinder is non-existent. The easy changeover of this pot dispenser to other pot sizes in a few minutes makes this dispenser particularly flexible to use.

Our step-by-step instructions will help you with this. The single row pot dispenser M000 is available for the following potting machines: TM 1010F, TM 1810F, TM 2400E and TM 2400DR.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Adjust the turntable to the appropriate pot size using the crank handle
Step 2: Throttle the turntable speed
Step 3: Move the drill motor to the lowest position
The upper holding jaw and the ejector are now standing apart
Step 4: Open the clamp and use the crank to set the appropriate width
The uppermost pot edge now rests on the uppermost holding jaw
Step 5: Secure the clamp
Step 6: Move the drill motor up and remove the cover
Step 7: To adjust the lower pot diameter, loosen the locking screw with an open-end wrench
Step 8: Position the lower holding jaw below the edge of the pot
Step 9: Tighten the locking screw again
Step 10: Adjust the distance between the pots so that the upper holding jaw and the ejector are between the last two pots
Step 11: Open clamp
Step 12: Support with your hand and adjust the height
Step 13: Once the correct position is achieved, close the clamp and reattach the cover. And your pot dispenser is ready!
