Green City Tour 2023
– Mayer was there!

Six selected horticultural businesses opened their doors at the end of September and gave young and old the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes. Of course, we were also represented in the Lower Rhine region!

During the “Green City Tour“, horticultural businesses from a wide variety of cultures open their doors – in the truest sense of the word. Each farm organizes a very individual program and you can literally look “over the shoulder” of the gardener. Guests can thus not only experience horticulture in Straelen at first hand, but thereby also get a feel for the green industry. In all farms there is the possibility to learn a lot about the cultivation of plants and vegetables and everything about the work processes and the machines. This was also the case at Gartenbau Heufs, where our Area Sales Manager Joshua Beuk and the employes of the Mayer Customer Center West were also on site and presented some of our Mayer machines. On display were the potting machine TM 2400DR, the bark topper RM 2120 and the irrigation tunnel WT 8000. It was a great opportunity to showcase our products and know-how, while at the same time arousing the interest of potential customers. We look back on a successful Green City Tour 2023 and are already looking forward to next year!
