The new Mayer TM 2432D
The new TM 2432D impresses above all with its wide range of applications. In double mode, it fills pot sizes 9- 16 cm diameter (square pots up to 14 cm edge length) with a peak output of up to 5,500 pots per hour. The 14- cycle turntable with 28 pot supports is frequency-controlled as usual and can be adjusted centrally by means of a ratchet.
Thanks to our quick-change system for the drill and turntable, it can be converted to single mode in just a few minutes. This allows pots with a diameter of up to 32 cm to be processed. Thanks to the wide range of pot sizes, the extremely low design and the possibility of placing substrate on the center of the turntable, this machine is perfect for nurseries and perennial farms. The optionally available touchscreen can be used to preset and save the settings of the individual motors for the different pot sizes. The touchscreen displays the various performance data and can be used for error indication.
The TM 2432D can be perfectly integrated and incorporated into your system. Thanks to an extensive range of accessories, we are also able to offer you individual solutions for special applications.
